| Post subject: | GE model 840G traction motor weight? |
Greetings: I am working on an Ingersoll-Rand 300 HP box cab locomotive built in 1927 which is at Illinois Railway Museum. I'd like to know how much a GE model 840G traction motor weighs. The museum has a good bit of information on the IR diesel engine but nothing on the traction motors. Thanks in advance! Be well & stay safe, J.David |
