the railroad Museum of Pennsylvania has recently published a new guidebook for the facility. since there was a thread here a couple of weeks ago about possible additions to the collection. The guide tells about what they have now, including several cars that are new to me anyway. They have both Pennsylvania RR and Reading Co electric cars. also a Penn Centrl Metroliner snack car. The guidebook has lot of good color photos and is well worth the $10. Ted Miles MU cars ted_miles@nps.gov |

Dear Ted, Thanks for your kind comments. Dan Cupper did the lion's share of the guidebook writing, and in my opinion was the best choice to do it. The vehicular collection has grown substantially in the last several years. Last Tuesday we took delivery of a PRR class F41 flat car from Havre de Grace, MD. New roster information has surfaced since the guidebook's release this past spring; I have compiled all up-to-date roster information on our museum's website at rrmuseumpa.org. K.R.
