For those in charge of the finances... RIA (Research Institute of America)has a book with the above title. The manual covers grant , taxation, compliance, budgeting, legal, accounting, control, the whole enchilada. From what I can see in the description, this would be 200 bucks well spent. I've used RIA publications before, they are always clear, timely and accurate. I don't have an interest in the company-but don't mind spreading the word about a good one.
