Correction, the Northwest Railway Museum runs on former NP trackage, not MILW. It's the easternmost section of the NP's former line between North Bend and Seattle via Snoqualmie, Snoqualmie Falls, Preston, Issaquah, the eastern shore of Lake Sammamish, Redmond, Woodinville, and around the north side of Lake Washington, i.e., the old Seattle, Lake Shore & Eastern Railway.

A connection existed between the NP and MILW across the River at the mill, and this plus the MILW north to Monroe formed the museum's rail connection after the ex-NP between Issaquah and the Falls was severed, and before flooding in the early 90's damaged the connecting bridge across the River.
