This is where I post the link to the Craigslist ad and someone else tells me how they have been discussed "to death" in the past in spite of my searching the forum with its search function:

Unique opportunity for three unrestored antique rail cars, two cars have steel siding and the original windows , wooden interiors and floors . They are in excellent condition for their age.

One car has original wooden siding and partial roof damage. I believe all the cars were built probably between 1910 and 1940. They are remarkably unmolested for their age as they were used for a commercial space in old Fairhaven in Bellingham for many years . Remember the old rail cars in downtown Fairhaven? By the gas station? These are those historic cars .

The cars are fairly long I believe about 80 feet, nickel Brothers can move these cars relatively easily. They have the original trucks and can be placed on rails,

25,000 each or all three for 60,000

The cars are in Burlington, not Bellingham.

Only if you trust Craigslist maps and listings--which I learned long ago not to.

I took a quick look for the cars on Google Earth around both towns (and Fairhaven's outskirts) and came up empty-handed.

One car, perhaps the most complete but also the most rough, is a SP&S arch window wood coach. Snoqualmie has several these, and I gather they do not need another one in rough shape. The wood beam 6-wheel trucks have been out in the weather for a rather long time now. The next car over is a CB&Q or C&S Pullman coach with the ends missing. It looks to have had a rather simple interior added, unless the tongue and groove with no detailing is how Pullman made these. Or it was modified for Drover service, or service as a coffee shop. The 4-wheel wood trucks are now up in the Cheyenne area (which I helped facilitate), and this car is just a body, but a pretty good one. Steel sides are over the wood siding. The third car is a Pullman sleeper that was gutted for work train service. The steel body is in excellent shape otherwise and this car might make a nice dining car for someone, especially if you rebuilt the ceiling to not show where the berths and side aisle were. I recall a lot of meat on the wheels of the trucks, and perhaps more of the underbody than most of the other cars. The sleeper may have been from GN. None had couplers as I recall. I had photos from a visit perhaps 5 years ago, which I may be able to find.
