First, you'd have to restore 3028 to operating condition..... But why would they do that? They HAVE other Niagras of their own................ just like we have two PAs now...... |

They seem to be taking decent care of her down there. |

Who would believe this in 2022? Amazing and satisfying to see the Mexican museum has these locos in operating condition. |

TRUST ME ON THIS: The FT and PA are not for sale or trade. Anybody who is really interested in seeing them run would be made welcome In Puebla at the Mexican national railroad museum. These engines are fired up a couple times a month for museum members. If you were to ask, I bet special arrangements could be made for photography, etc. If anybody needs help with something along those lines, just shoot me a PM. |

wesp wrote: Topic drift...is the remaining PB still at Algoma in Canada? Wesley Even if it is, it rides on EMD Blomberg trucks, and there are no unclaimed PA trucks left in existence to put back under it. |

Isn't there a FT-B unit floating around down in Mexico as well? |

I believe we're talking about the same thing. The national railroad museum in Mexico is located in Puebla, Puebla, Mexico. I'm pretty sure they have a matching Sonora Baja California FT B unit, but it wasn't used in the video. They must not have needed two motors to move OdeM #2 around. |
