I have no affiliation with CSR, but I did come across their first public update in over a year this morning. Sounds like they lost their research partner and are now trying to figure out a way forward. They were also having problems with scaling up the process of making the torrified biomass. |

Mostly good news though. Was looking forward to hearing about 3463. If it were to operate it would be a unique piece no question. No American built 4-6-4 has operated in preservation to my knowledge. Even just a cosmetic job and a long term care solution is leagues better than what the loco had gone through in the past few decades |
