I've had the pleasure of visiting their shop in Cleveland and was very impressed with the quality of the work being done. No doubt in my mind that they'll have her boiling water soon and that she will be a good runner.

Thanks for posting that, I was lucky enough photograph and ride behind 2100 when she was used in that ill-advised 'train to nowhere' out of Tacoma years ago.

That is a label well-earned, as 2100 carries the Tender that Ross used on the Freedom train with RDG 2101 (marked as "AFT # 1").
2100 and 2101 swapped tenders after that terrible fire that damaged 2101...
