Very exciting! It’ll be very nice to see this one back in service. We’ve got three Northerns about to join the seven that are running now. Awesome work on the 2100! |

Great news !!! I can see it now..........a full tonnage coal train coming out of the mines pulled by the 2100 & 2102 heading for the interchange with NS in Reading assisted over the ruling grade portion of the trip by the 425 on the head end as a triple headed helper. 3 open window coaches on the rear ahead of the caboose carrying the lucky patrons who snapped up the 120 available tickets when they became available online at $ 400 and sold out in 14 minutes. Sure will be a heck of a steam show !!! Onward & upward. Ross Rowland |
