Here is a shot of the remains of the C&O Raceland Roundhouse. I believe that there were once two roundhouses in the yards here. It was at this site that the C&O's historic locomotive collection was stored, and supposedly once offered to the City of Ashland and Raceland for a museum along with the roundhouse. I can't verify the accuracy of the claim, but it would have been neat.
