On Monday the 15th, this rare American logging crane was loaded on trucks at Jamestown, CA and hauled to Willits, CA where it was unloaded Tuesday the 16th. Thanks for posting, John. While in the office getting a pass to be on the property, I saw that crane leaving town with the empties one 1965 summer day. She had quite a long career with Pickering. |

The crane was part of the consist and directly behind the pair of EMDs, but not pulling at all. |
