Woodland is as bad as Springfield, maybe worse.

Interesting that most of the article is about Williams which is 40 miles north of Woodland. This is on what was the west valley line of the SP, which was the main passenger route until 1982 when Amtrak switched to the East Valley line via Sacramento, CA. My Dad was the 2nd trick operator at Woodland until they abolished his shift in 1968. The agency stayed open on daylights till the late 1980's.
