Thank you for the opportunity.

I would like to nominate the East Broad Top Foundation in the Significant Achievement - Steam Locomotive category for restoring to service EBT Baldwin built 2-8-2, #16 which had been out of service since 1955.

She is now running 5 days a week pulling 3 excursion trains a day and performing splendidly.

New England Steam Corporation for their ongoing restoration of Maine Central 4-6-2 #470.
This locomotive came within a hair's breadth of being scrapped, and is currently being revived from certain death.
