Hi Guys; The New Europe Railway Heritage Trust ('NERHT') is a voluntary organisation established to help railway preservation in the former USSR and the ex- communist countries of Central and Eastern Europe (registered in the UK as charity No. 1099229). Their news letter, Eastern Star - the Journal of the New Europe Railway Heritage Trust, is available via email from their chairmen; Stephen Wiggs sandgw@hotmail.com .
