Post subject:  unknown bell

A friend of mine was recently given a large railroad bell. I have attached pictures of identifying marks in the hope it will help in identifying it.

From the saddle design and casting number style, I'll opt for a Pennsy steamer. Very nice gift, btw.

I agree that it probably was a PRR bell. What do you suppose the arrow and 52 30 on top of the bell mean?
