Our website is down. At this time it is unknown how long before our hosting service will be able to return the server to service. The server was attacked (and damaged) but it is not known whether this happened because of a flaw in our code, or issues with another of the sites hosted on the same server. Once more information becomes known, I'll share it here. |

And ... we're back. The problem was NOT with our site, I'm delighted to say, and everything seems to be back to normal. |

Yeah, that can happen on a shared server. I had a similar problem with my email on a shared MX server. Got black listed due to some other #&@*+% entity generating spam. Took a while to get white listed again. Never had the joy of my site going down though I did manage a few sites for clients hosted on a popular, big-name hosting provider that were constant targets for hacking. I got pretty good a ferreting out the code injections. I finally got those clients to move off said provider’s services and they never had another problem. |
