Post subject: | Rubber Glazing Channel |
I have a number of windows on Los Angeles Railway PCC 3001 that need to have new glass installed and I am looking for additional sources for rubber glazing channel. CR Laurence in Los Angeles makes a fairly large line of glazing channels (see link below to their catalog), although not exactly the right one I'm looking for. Anyone else out there have other sources for the glazing channel they'd care to reccomend? I am specifically looking for a flanged rubber channel for 1/8" glass- perhaps someone has already had this stuff made during restoration of one of your PCC cars? Thanks. Try this link. SpaeNaur specializes in fasteners etc for the automotive/truck world. Lots of extruded rubber with a 1/8" channel. http://www.spaenaur.com/products.asp?PageID=K Good Luck!
