I saw this on Facebook:

As we improve the audience viewing area and make regular assessments of the conditions of our assets, we have decided it is time that the Caboose finds a new home.
We know a lot about airplanes, cabooses, not so much. Cole Palen rescued it in the early 90's. We do not know provenance. Our resident railfan (the admin) has no room for it. After research, we've priced it at $3500/OBO.
Caveats: It comes with the trucks, couplers, and a track panel. It needs some work, maybe a fair amount...sold as is, where is. The buyer has to move it...it weighs tons...you'll need a lowboy. To make arrangements to view your future ice cream stand, fishing cabin, pool house, office, call 845-752-3200. A unique opportunity to own a piece of Aerodrome history that will never require an airworthiness inspection.

I'm surprised no one here has pinned this one yet. Definitely East Coast, looks Lehigh Valley, or New Haven.

No, it's a PRR N5b.

Here in the northeast, about as common as could be. Virtually all have some sort of PC or CR modifications from original PRR-- steps, rubber gasket windows, no ladders or roodwalks, collision posts, etc.
