| Post subject: | unable to upload files |
Hello all, I am having issues trying to upload files. jpeg, pdf, doesn't matter what type. I get an error that the file type is not allowed. I have tried on android, iphone and windows pc. All yield the same error. Can one of the moderators contact me off list to help me troubleshoot this please. Thanks |

I am not a moderator. I can offer the advice that I have been able to upload .jpg files up to 600 pixels width to RYPN in recent days without problems. Due to the age of the site architecture there may be a pixel width restriction dating back to older viewing technology. PC |

I used to be able to upload with no problems. Another user pm'd me say they are having the same issue. I am wondering if it is an account security setting on the back end. Bill |

See if hosting the image on one of the free photo sites that gives you an embeddable URL works with manual [img] tags. |
