| Post subject: | pulling Whiting Trackmobile rail wheels |
Does anyone had tips on how to pull the wheels off the axles on the older Whiting Trackmobiles? Just a lot of press? Also, what do the bearings look like? The Rods have needle bearings that run directly on the pin. Wondering if the same thing is going on at the axles. Looks like the grease zerk down there was never found. Refreshing the bearings and seals on this one so it hopefully doesn't leak like crazy anymore. |
