I spent a very enjoyable day Saturday riding behind R&N 2102. She handled the 16 car train with ease. Everything ran like a Swiss watch, Andy Muller and his team have it down to a science and do a masterful job showcasing the magic of steam. We got a good look through the windows of the 425 which is undergoing a 1472 day drill. She is completely stripped down with boiler undergoing the ultrasound tests, All in all a fine showing for steam. Ross Rowland |

Hard to say just looking through the windows. Everything ( including the cab) is off the boiler so she looks quite well along. Perhaps someone with the R&N team will comment?? Ross Rowland |

I hope the CPR ten-wheeler has a date with the restoration shop in the not too distant future. |
