Don't know what happened to the provincial placards that used to be on it, however. Contrary to what its webpage says, the car never "drifted into obscurity" but it did start to fall into disrepair after sitting out in the open at that same general location for many years, ever since I was a little kid and before that...

Actually, if I remember right, it was once displayed as the focal point of a large planting bed surrounded by shrubs and flowers, far from obscure. It's been turned around since then as well, with the "Gratitude Train" side now facing the intersection.

Anyway, NJ's car obviously needs a new set of those placards. Perhaps ours does also.
