Sounds like the typical challenge...no problem with propane and garbage going down the streets. but not on tracks.

I also like the term "trail-until-rail plan", but with never on rail.

Good luck to the folks at Conway Scenic. If they can cover their full costs, it is not a bad idea.

Exactly my thought, but also pay them for the track, even a nominal amount, the State of Maine will be very receptive, and it will be yours, you won't need to argue about hypotheticals.
