Many of us in railway heritage preservation often refer to rrpicturearchives.net for a plethora of images that cannot be found elsewhere. The site seems to go down often and incites panics among its users whenever it goes dark.

Does anybody know who owns the site or is the webmaster, in the event of a permanent outage? Its proprietorship has always seemed a mystery.
