Scanning some more Kansas City Southern photos, found this one from Pittsburg, Kansas.
Building No. 19 was a gussied up boxcar body serving as a tool shed near the roundhouse with an interesting sign on its side.
The sign reads "BULLETIN - To Roundhouse Employees. Cylinder Cocks Must Always Be Left Open When Engine Is Standing And Moving. Disregard Of These Instructions Will Mean Suspension"
