Does anyone know if the ex-NYC doodlebug still operates at the D&U in Arkville, New York? Also, who owns the ex-BEDT 0-6-0T No. 14 stored there, and are there any plans to run her? It appears as if someone was repairing this engine recently. |

Rumor has it that doodlebug was being put in operating condition for 2004 season, but repairs may be too expensive. 0-6-0 is owned by Ulster & Delaware Historical Society. bhubbell@lynnet.com |

Can anybody supply me with a contact with the U&D Historical Society? I have photocopies of ex-BEDT No. 14's master boiler records and I'd like to supply the organization with a set. Please contact me off-line with contact details. Thank you. Kubell@state.pa.us |
