Post subject:  Rail crane may be available

A scrapyard in Wilmington, DE has recently closed. They are in the process of removing what is left of the scrap. They had a rail crane that appears to be complete but not used for some time. It will probably be cut up unless someone can use it.

Here is what I know.

It is internal combustion powered.
It rides of 4 wheel trucks.
It is not a wreck type crane.
I would call it a typical scrap yard crane.
It is not connected to a rail line and will have to be trucked out.

I am not connected to this crane in any way. I have not talked with the owners but I will attempt to put someone in touch with them if anyone is interested. Let me know by email.
