Nice webpage for Gunnison, Colorado RR facilities, with old photos of the roundhouse, depot, yards, etc., plus good shots of 2-8-0s 223 and 268. The 223 is now dismantled, under slow restoration at Ogden, UT and 268 is getting its "Bumblebee" paint scheme back at the Gunnison museum. Last I knew, only the depot remained at Gunnison, the track having been removed in 1955. Anyone know when the Gunnison roundhouse was actually torn down?
