 Post subject: Amtrak Schedule Changes

Can anyone provide insight into Amtrak's spring schedule changes? Why is the eastbound Capitol Limited now scheduled to leave Chicago so early (5:30 p.m.) as to make it difficult to connect with inbound trains from the west?
