Good eye, Evan. Thanks for posting this. I have brought it to the attention of our local officials and am attempting to contact Kay Bailey "Amtrak" Hutchinson's office to encourage her to sponsor the Senate version of this bill.

The bill was introduced by Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-OR). Mr. Blumenauer serves on the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and on the Highways, Transit and Pipelines Subcommittee.
