For many years the Packard, IA depot has been on a site along the Iowa Northern Railroad's ex-Rock Island main at Greene, Iowa and used for railroad storage.
The depot is on a third party's property and had to be vacated by the railroad.
The Iowa Northern has removed all their material and the land owner is planning on burning the building unless someone wants it.
It is a single story wood depot.
