I apologize and stand corrected on the Magee name; I happened to think about this whole business when I ran across the McGee reference.
I recall meeting Ed Blossom in the early 1990s. He reminded me of a sort of Einstein, tinkering about with some high quality restorations. It was a pleasant visit and I hope he is well and will be involved with the Scranton project. Can anybody shed light on the new Laurel Line?
As far as 2 foot goes in New York, my only knowledge is of a few Maine-origin flatcars converted to coaches with some kind of steam power at the Erie Canal Village in Rome.
Olin.
