I am looking for some publication that may have all the pin and bushing tolerances for Walchaerts. This would include the blocks in the expansion links as well.

There were some publications by Little River (I think that's the name) of Baldwin Locomotive Works shop practices. They may have what you want.

Several of the publications from Little River have information that may be heplful. Contact me offline and I will try to steer you to several of these to see if they are what you need.
