Frisco 4003 at Fort Smith, Arkansas looks to have been moved in this photo. When was this done? By truck or on own wheels? Details?

Bob,
I believe it was in 1998 when it was moved (without digging into my records)
It was moved via truck by a local house moving company.
It was quite a site seeing her cross the main street, Garrison Ave., with traffic stopped and the folks all awestruck by the site.

If I can locate the exact date, I will post it.
