Hi,

The last update on the movement of the GN 2507, I have got from the City is July 7th, but the time is unknown. (Most likely after the Westbound Empire Builder in the morning.)

I will be getting a update again on the movement a week or so before the movement of the GN 2507, from the City and I'll repost the Date and anything else that might have changed, here on this board.

I plan on chasing also. Sounds like speeds will be around 35mph.

Dan, you might have to keep waiting for the GN 4-8-4 as the 2507 is a 4-8-2!

Seems kind of fast. No main rods and one worn wheelset on the tender from what I remember about 10 years ago. Have these things been somehow addressed in the prep work?
