Niles Canyon Railway Master Plan

I am pleased to announce that the Pacific Locomotive Association has just placed its recently completed Niles Canyon Railway Master Plan on the web where all can access it. It can be accessed at http://www.ncry.org/mplan.htm. The published plan is a 64 page 11x14 document. The web version has all the original text, plans and photographs in nearly the exact format as the printed report. The web version is a 5.9 megabite PDF file and requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to view. If you don't have this, it is available through the above link. At 5.9 M the file will take some time to download.

This is not the final Master Plan for the NCRY as there are many errors in the current document. Changes have been made to the Moaster Plan by the PLA board of directors that do not appear the the published version of the document.
