Does your lighthouse still have a fresnel lens; if so what order?

Good preservation news in your Brief.

The Great Lakes had a great amount of Rail/Marine operations which were supported by the US Lighthouse Service and later the US Coaast Guard.

Ted-

No, but we have a pretty good idea where both of the ones that it had during its life went. It had a 3rd Order from roughly 1866-1912 that went to the Point Aux Barques Light, and is now on display at Huron City Museum. The other, a 3rd Order, is part of the Dossin Collection we believe. Thanks for comments: means a lot from someone who has been doing this for many more years than myself.

I hope to get out someday and actually meet you Ted, although I'll be content with reading some of great insights here until I do. By the way, would it be o.k. to pick your brain on things Maritime-history related when I've got questions?

I believe the Port Huron Museum has made impressive accomplishments in the recent past. With the planned future acquisitions it will become a broader museum with a regional focus. I always look forward to making the trip that way to see what is new to represent the past. That is until I relocate there to join in the action.
