The June meeting of the Trinity Valley Railroad Historical Association will be held June 7, 2003 at 7:30 PM in the Founders building in Grapevine, Texas. The Founders Building is directly north of the Cotton Belt Depot, and both are located at the intersection of the Fort Worth & Western tracks and Grapevine's Main Street (at the south edge of Grapevine's downtown area). The Founders Building and the Cotton Belt Depot share a common parking-lot.

Jeff Harwell will present the June program which will consist of the following:
1. Introduction to the Blacklands Railroad,
2. A visit to Pennsylvania Railroad "sacred sites" from three different occasions-- mid 60's [PRR], late 70-'s [Penn Central], and mid 80's [Conrail],
3. Local area railroading during the past six months,
4. A look at the Bay Line's elusive night freight service, and,
5. A test for one of Trinity Valley's favorite retired railroad dispatchers.

The June meeting will begin Trinity Valley's new schedule of gathering on the first Saturday of each month. TVRHA's new meeting place, adjacent Grapevine's Cotton Belt Depot, places the monthly meetings in the midst of north Texas' most active, fastest growing, and most appealing showcase of railroad history.
