Speaking of legislation

The earlier post about TEA-21 reminded me about H.R. 1315, the Community Streetcar Development and Revitalization Act. Does anyone know if this bill is going anywhere? I wrote to my congressman a few months ago asking that he support it, but he hasn't replied yet.

It was introduced on March 18, refered to subcommittee on March 19. It is currently in the Subcommittee on Highways, Transit and Pipelines.
