Decatur Illinois Interurban

A mapquest map still shows some tracks crossing West Wood Street in Decatur, Illinois between Oakland and Fairview streets. Does anyone know if this is a currently used street level track or it it is the remains of the old interurban line to Fairview Park? Does anyone know the area?

This is the NS (N&W(Wabash)) main line from Decatur to St. Louis. From the aerial photo on the MapQuest site, the crossing appears to be at grade.

Thanks for checking. My grandparents lived a block or so from there and I couldn't remember where the Interurban line went through (whatever's left of it). Appreciate the help!
