Did the EBT use steam on the opening weekend last week. I read about the 15's rebuild per FRA regs, but is the 14 still under steam then under old regs. Was going to make a trip out, but just wondering..... thanks

14 was running this past weekend. 15 likely won't be ready until next year.

The EBT has gotten a waiver to operate #14 until the repairs on #15 are complete. But unfortunatly, #15 might not run this year, but next year for sure.
