Clipping about UP's Kate Shelly Bridge, where some college students tried to derail a train by placing stuff on the track of the very high bridge. This could have spelled death for the crew and created an environmental mess had dangerous or special dangerous goods been involved. And yet, if one of these students, who are we kidding, young adults, had been injured on the bridge, or on railroad property, the same courts would have had no problem upholding a multi-million dollar judgement against the railroad.
