Directions to the roundhouse?

While looking for a particular Santa Fe roundhouse, I ran across this unusual anti-death penalty website, which gives "directions to the roundhouse", apparently in Santa Fe, NM. Anyone have a clue what they're referring to?

It's local slang for the New Mexico State Capitol building. See the last picture on this Web page and all will make sense:
