This engine is an LMS "Crab". The nickname comes from the position of the cylinders. I was in the UK recently and was talking to some "anoraks" at London's Euston while taking pictures of a mainline steam special. From what I understoond, insurance is not nearly that much of a problem in the UK as it is here, and while a few mainline trips have been marred with some problems, they have a very busy mainline steam season planned.
