Periodically, the discussions on the board here focus on attracting new (especially some folks w/o gray hair) volunteers-in the spirit of making opportunities known-would it be possible to set up a feature I'll call hypothetically "the extra board"- where museums/preservation organizations actively seeking help could post openings for volunteers (and or paid staff, if appropriate), the qualifications, conditions, requirements etc.? In the spirit of being part of a solution-would be happy to assist moderating if the idea is valuable and feasible and it wouldn't blow the Rypn bandwidth bill to kingdom come.
