 Post subject: GMDH-1 Help?

A couple of weeks ago I saw what looked like a GMDH-1 switcher going through Cumberland MD on CSX .From where I was it looked like it was lettered for a Pennsylvana Power Company . It was in a train behind the front engines . Can anyone provide any information on this odd engine ?
