In response to a few good questions brought up regarding the upcoming ARM conference: 1. Walk-up registration: We will allow for and expect some walk-up registrations at the conference; however, we are strongly encouraging everyone to send their registrations in before August 10 so we can accurately order buses and meals. 2. Extra banquet tickets: There is no spouse program this year, but banquet-only tickets will be offered at the registration table at the Drury Inn Union Station (conference hotel) on Tuesday September 16 and Wednesday September 17. We also may be offering them in the week or two prior to the conference once the menu is finalized. We're keeping an unofficial tally of requests for extra tickets now, as we need to finalize the numbers for the banquet on Wendesay September 17. 3. We are working to add the registration form to the MOT website so it may be downloaded and sent via snail mail to us. Unfortunately, our website does not allow for internet registration. While the over 1400 names on the ARM and RMQ mailing lists received registration brochures, we have nevertheless had inquiries from non-members who will be attending. We want to encourage non-members to attend in the hopes that we may be able to help grow the ranks of the ARM, and if putting the registration form on-line will help do that, we'll work to make it happen. Again, if anyone has any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. We'll be posting more updates in the coming weeks and appreciate RyPN allowing us to publicize the conference.
