Unidentifed Loco

Greetings everyone;

One of my contacts overseas pointed out the steam locomotive listed on the link below. Based on the limited information they provide, I was not able to identify it in my database, nor in either of the two databases on the net. Anybody got any idea what locomotive this is?

Judging by the rest of the site, I'd say it's a model railroad that the roster is for.

The "real" Washington & Waynesburg was a 3' gage line between Washington PA and Waynesburg PA, eventually acquired by the PRR but never used until the line was torn up many years ago. One narrow gage locomotive still exists at a local historical society. Several of its depots exist as houses. The local nickname for the railroad was the "Wobbley and Weary."
