Does anyone know what the status of the Grand Rapids Electric Railway (ex-Waterfront Electric) in Grand Rapids, Ohio is? I was startled by this article appearing in Flimsies:

http://www.toledoblade.com/apps/pbcs.dl ... /108140113

which states that GRER is hoping to move its equipment to Genoa, Ohio. That article is in stark contrast to the message of this press release from the Northern Ohio Railway Museum website:

http://www.trainweb.org/norm/normnews.htm#grry

which claims that GRER is giving ALL of its equipment to NORM! Can anyone sort this out?
