Unusual 4-4-0 design locomotive in use at the Ramada Inn at Laughlin, Nevada. It is a diesel-hydraulic today, but appears to have been converted from a steam 0-4-0T. I'm guessing it is 3' gauge.

It is 3' gauge. I saw it several years ago. The line runs from the upper end of the parking lot to the front entrance of the casino/hotel and back again in a big loop. The cars seem to have been built using industrial trucks and frames.

When I was there the hotel lobby and casino had railroad photos, etc.
